Returns & Exchanges

At Mochi Phone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mochi Phone account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and cloud locks, then place the phone and all original accessories back into its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
